Jobsite Visit Lake Woodlands with Seth Hobbs

Join Mark from Houston Westside Home Buyers as he makes a jobsite visit right on Lake Woodlands, in The Woodlands, Texas.  This will one the first of several jobsite visits that we have planned, and local investor/flip pro Seth Hobbs has invited Mark up to take a look at one of his larger projects.

Seth is one of several investors that Mark works with as Houston Westside Home Buyers, and he has a very impressive process for managing flips and completing them in a very compact period of time.   When I first met Seth, he showed me 3 projects in progress at the same time, although in different stages.  One was just starting, one he estimated was about half completed, and the last one was nearing completion – all of them not 5 minutes drive from the others.  And he was doing them in 4-6 weeks, and keeping budgets under $20k on each.  This guy has it figured out.

Seth has an amazing working relationship with his contractors, to the point where these two can almost finish the others sentences.  And from talking with both of them, I’ve gathered that the art is in knowing what to upgrade, what replace and what to refurbish.    So we’ll let Seth tell us more during our first ever jobsite visit!
