Join us one our first ever jobsite up in The Woodlands, Texas, and this jobsite is located right on Lake Woodlands. This will be a special one just because the size and scope of the project, and because we get to take a look inside the operation of a professional. Local investor/flip pro Seth Hobbs has invited us up to take a look at one of his larger projects.
Seth is one of several investors that works with us at Houston Westside Home Buyers, and he has a very impressive process for managing flips and completing them in a very compact period of time. When we first met Seth, he showed us 3 projects in progress at the same time, each one in different stages. One was just starting, one he estimated was about half completed, and the last one was nearing completion – all of them not 5 minutes drive from the others.
